Flowers blooming and birds singing are some telltale signs that Spring is upon us. Vernal equinox beginning of Spring and Nowruz, the Iranian New Year. This would be the time for spring cleaning, shining shoes, baking, and getting all the eidys ready. No matter where you live, Nowruz will be very different for everyone this year.

With that in mind, “Children of Persia” extends their best wishes for the new season. May every day of the new year glow with health and happiness for all during these undoubtedly challenging times.

Staying strong with traditions, and community in the spirit of Nowruz we have delivered 400 Food baskets to children and their families in the regions that were affected by earlier natural disasters. Help us do even more by donating today.

In addition, “Children of Persia and Relief International” are continuously collaborating to purchase and deliver medical supplies for the health care providers in Iran who are selflessly putting their lives in danger fighting this Corona-virus pandemic.

We need to focus on our shared humanity and act with compassion and kindness. Give back to your community both here and in Iran.

We are extending our support to the local Nowruz Market which was canceled because of concerns over COVID-19. This market is a partnership with many of our local young Iranian-American artists.

To help this young community please visit their virtual Nowruz market. 10% of the proceeds will be donated to COP to assist our efforts toward COVID-19, helping health care workers in Iran.
